Capital that opens doors.
H&A Investment Holding is the El Fehdi family's investment company. We take minority and majority stakes in Moroccan businesses with strong potential, and we build the schools and homes that shape how people live and learn.
Every partnership begins the same way, with a door held open.

Invested in Morocco's growth.
A family's long view and a professional shareholder's discipline. We finance the start-up, growth, transfer and acquisition of companies, and we sit beside their founders on the decisions that matter.
