Who we are
H&A Investment Holding is an independent private equity company. Its sole purpose is to take minority or majority stakes in companies with strong potential for development, and to finance their start-up, development, transfer or acquisition with equity.
The holding combines capital with the operational and financial expertise of its teams. As a professional shareholder it works beside the managers of the companies it invests in, takes part in the main strategic decisions, and brings them the perspective of experience and a fresh view of their company and its market.
The group supports companies in sectors as varied as real estate, agri-food, import-export, logistics, supply, industry, health, education and advanced technologies.

A builder of companies
Ahmed El Fehdi, an economist by training, spends four decades founding and running companies across industry, trade, services and real estate.

2012
H&A Investment Holding SA
The holding is incorporated in Casablanca as a société anonyme with share capital of 100 million dirhams.

2017
The British International School of Casablanca opens
BISC welcomes its first pupils on a British-style campus built by the group's real-estate arm, Gloriam.

2018
Quintessence is launched
Gloriam unveils 79 villas at Dar Bouazza, designed by the architect Omar Alaoui. The group then generates 2,000 direct and indirect jobs.

2019
A first British inspection
BISC is inspected by the UK's Independent Schools Inspectorate under the British Schools Overseas framework.

2020
London, and solidarity
At the UK–Africa Investment Summit in London, BISC signs a memorandum with Reigate Grammar School International. H&A and BISC open a 4.4 million dirham scholarship fund.

2023
Chevening
The British Ambassador to Morocco launches a Chevening scholarship partnership with BISC. A new inspection rates pupils' personal development excellent.

Results
BISC's A level candidates achieve 93% of grades from A to C, with a 100% pass rate.
